Winter Raffle
We are very excited to announce St. John’s Parish is launching its first Winter Raffle this weekend. The Winter Raffle is a targeted fundraising campaign whereby 100% of proceeds will be used for the infrastructural needs of the church, (i.e. Steeple repair, roof repairs, etc…). The drawing for the Winter Raffle will occur on February 11, 2012 at a Mardi Gras Party here at the Parish Center and we have four outstanding prizes – a 2012 Mini Cooper All 4 Countryman, a 52” Sharp LED big screen TV, an Apple iPad and a Jamis mountain bike. Tickets are $100 and will be on sale after every mass or during the week in the church office. Parish volunteers are also selling tickets around town and if you would like to volunteer please contact Sam Vail at mr.samvail@gmail.com or (203) 216 3534 and he will be happy to find a way for you to help out. A raffle volunteer meeting is being held this coming Monday, December 5th at 7:30pm in the Parish Center if you would like to learn more about how you can participate in this fun and rewarding event. Keep in mind our Raffle tickets make great Christmas gifts for at home or at work so do not wait, get your tickets today.

Come Visit St. John Preschool
St. John Preschool invites you to come for a tour. Our offerings include 2, 3 and 4 day programs for three year old children and 4 or 5 day classes for four year old children. All of our classes meet in the morning from 9:00 – 11:45. We also offer extended day, summer camp and a Mommy & Me class for two year old children.
Registration for the 2012 – 2013 school year will begin the week of January 3. Registration will be held at the pre-school during the hours of 9:00 to 12:00 each day.

We are a Parish in The Diocese Of Bridgeport. The Diocese of Bridgeport includes more than 410,000 registered Catholics in Fairfield County, Connecticut, representing 43 percent of the total population. In addition to its 87 parishes, the Diocese sponsors 33 regional elementary schools and five diocesan high schools.
